On the Cybelec side, we offer an extensive communication protocol. It allows to generate statistics, to monitor machine status, read and write through the TCP-IP protocol.
On the other hand, A3 Soluzioni Informatiche offers the Merlin Connect:
Everything is done automatically: once the connection is set up, Merlin Connect extracts the data from the machine and makes them available for staff to consult (via a proprietary interface or ERP system).
More than 20 protocols are supported.
It can also transmit information from the selected source to the machine.
